Operator Debrief provides the operator with graphical cues such as cockpit displays and indications at the time of the anomaly, when the condition occurred, and relevant operational data surrounding the occurrence of the anomalous condition (airspeed, altitude, etc.) The operational data to be displayed to the operator is configurable to each fault. All system specific data presented is supported using a generic data structure and is configured/defined per system implementation. Each anomaly may have the following information where available and applicable to the system implementation:

• Mission time or relative mission time
• Sub-system the anomaly is attributed to
• Fault code or fault name and fault description
• Relevant operating conditions at the time the failure was reported  
• Graphical representation of operator indications associated with the anomaly at the time the failure was reported
